Where do you deliver?
We can ship our plaids anywhere in the world. We can also gift wrap your gifts and ship complete with your special message directly to the recipient’s door.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for those of you who are happy to wait a little longer for your parcel. Express shipping is available if you are in a hurry or have a deadline to meet. Please note that due to currency fluctations the US dollar and Euro prices are approximate.
Delivery timescales are for stock items. The make up time for custom made items is detailed on individual product pages. We can often make items up more quickly on request. Please contact us to check! An express make-up fee may apply.

**Deliveries do require a signature. If you are unlikely to be in to receive your parcel extra instructions such as a safe place to leave the parcel, a helpful neighbour, or a preferred delivery day are all helpful. We can also deliver to work addresses and you can enter this information at the checkout stage.
What if I’m not in when you make a delivery?
If you are not in when we try to deliver your parcel we will always leave a card with a telephone number so you can phone to rearrange delivery or arrange to pick up your parcel.
We will email you to confirm despatch of your parcel and which postal or courier service we have used. Tracking information for your parcel can be found using the links below.
Royal Mail and Airmail Signed For Tracking Information (a few days after shipping tracking is also available on the US Postal Services website). Please note that lightweight airmail parcels to the US will not always have tracking information available.

Made to Order Items
We have tried to make the timescales for made to order items clear on the product information page. Please contact us by email or phone if you are unsure. If you are in a hurry or you have a deadline to meet you can note this when you add the item to your basket.
Will I get back the original shipping charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 30 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
