Online shopping is always a wonderful thing ....until it takes 10 attempts, 15 phonecalls and a whole lot of stress to actually get your parcel delivered. We do not want this to happen to you so we have gone to great lengths to try and help. And if you are having any problems at all please contact us so we can do everything we can to sort things out for you. We like happy customers. If you are in the UK we use Interlink for Express and high value deliveries. This is what happens: 1. When we despatch your parcel you will receive an email confirming the tracking reference for your parcel 2. If you provide your mobile number Interlink will text you on the morning of your delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot and the name of your driver 3. If you have not provided a mobile number you will receive an email address with the same information 4. You can text back, email or phone Interlink to reschedule the day of your delivery if you wish, or give them additional delivery instructions 5. You can also track your parcel at any time on the Interlink Express website 6. You receive your parcel stress free How can you help? Provide us with as much information as possible, delivery instructions, a safe place to leave your parcel, friendly helpful neighbours who might take the parcel for you, work addresses or a specified day when you are home. If you have selected Standard delivery your parcel will be delivered with Royal Mail. If you are out and they cannot post the parcel you will receive a calling card and you can collect your parcel from the local sorting office.
