Live Chat now available at ScotlandShop

Today we introduced a new tool which we hope will help you, our customers, to access assistance whenever you need it and ask us questions quickly and easily. Live Chat is now available on all pages of our UK site and will soon be introduced to the French, German, Italian and Spanish language sites. Just click on the "Chat" button and type in your question and we will answer immediately. Ask us whatever you like - so far we have helped customers negotiate their way through the Checkout process, directed them to products and tartans which are eluding them and generally tried to be our informative and helpful selves.
