Tartan for Glasgow's 2015 bid for Gymnastics Championships
Today we have been sending out tartan ties in the beautiful blues and purples of the Scotland Forever tartan for the Glasgow Life and event partners who will fly out to San Jose on 19th May to present Glasgow's bid to host the 2015 World Artistic Gymnastic Championships. The presentation team have chosen to wear the Scotland Forever tartan to give their bid a truly Scottish feel. The event would be staged in Glasgow and held in the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) that will open in 2013 and host the Gymnastics competition for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. We wish them lots of luck with their bid!
