Each Clan Box is lovingly put together with your choice of swatches of your family tartan, a Clan Book full of fun facts and information, and if you wish you can add a Clan Crest badge, and a Brushed Wool Scarf.

We are currently only offering a limited range of tartans but as always we are open to requests, so send us an email if your clan isn't listed.

Returns Process

We hope you love your parcel from Scotland; however, we do understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange items.

For stock products we have a 30 day, no quibble return policy, this also applies to sale items and in store purchases. Items must be unworn, with labels attached. Simply fill in the authorisation form here we will confirm the address for you to send it back to us.

Custom made or personalised goods are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or made to incorrect measurements. You must give us the opportunity to adjust, repair or replace faulty or incorrect items before you can claim a refund. We are also unable to accept returns on cut lengths of fabric and we advise ordering swatches prior to ordering large quantities of fabric if you want to check colours and quality.
