If you have a very rare or unusual tartan, you don't want a wool fabric or you only need a few metres, then our printed fabric is the answer. If you've just designed a new tartan, your tartan has never been woven or is out of weave, this beautiful fabric made in Scotland could be for you.

Many of our custom made tartan garments, gifts and accessories can be supplied using printed fabrics.  Please contact us or Book An Appointment with the tartan team if you have any questions.

If your tartan is not in the list under Choose Tartan, please contact us. If the design is new and requires setup, a design fee applies.


Choose from:

Silk Effect - perfect for wedding dresses, evening wear and trimming. Available in a gloss or a matt finish

Lightweight Polyester Canvas - think table linen, bags, flags and things requiring a harder wearing fabric 

Chiffon - lightweight and fly-away, making a beautiful wrap, stole or train

Sateen - a lustrous fabric with a softer finish ideal for children's wear, dresses, blouses or similar

All of our printed tartan fabrics are made in our Crieff shop. Minimum order 3m, width 1m

Washable at 30 degrees

With the exception of chiffon, this is a one-sided print on polyester fabric, so reverse side is always white. Double sided Printed Ribbon is available to match

Maximum continuous length of fabric is 4m, maximum width 1m. An order for 10m would be delivered as 2 x 4m rolls and 1 x 2m roll.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (weekdays only & excluding bank holidays). Approximate make-up time on Custom Made items are listed on the product page above the ‘Add to Basket’ button. If you need your items for a specific date please note this on your order within the ‘Order Notes’ section once you have added the item to your shopping basket.
 

In a hurry? Custom made items can sometimes be made up more quickly. Please note your deadline on the order and select Express Delivery. Should there be any problems meeting your deadline, our team will get in touch. There may be an express make-up fee to pay on items that need to be made up more quickly. Please call us or email us if you are unsure.

Standard Postal Tracked Shipping (DDP): £18.50 4-10 working days. Cost applies to orders with a basket value of £100.01 - £500.00.

Standard Tracked Delivered at Place (DAP): £24.00 4-7 working days. Delivery will be affected by speed of customs clearance.

Standard Tracked Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): £30.00 4-7 working days.

Tracked Express Delivered at Place (DAP): £30.00 2-4 working days on orders received by 12 noon. Delivery will be affected by speed of customs clearance.

Returns Process 

We hope you love your parcel from Scotland; however, we do understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange items.

For stock products we have a 30 day, no quibble return policy, this also applies to sale items and in store purchases. Items must be unworn, with labels attached. Simply fill in the authorisation form here we will confirm the address for you to send it back to us.

Custom made or personalised goods are non-returnable unless the item is faulty or made to incorrect measurements. You must give us the opportunity to adjust, repair or replace faulty or incorrect items before you can claim a refund. We are also unable to accept returns on cut lengths of fabric and we advise ordering swatches prior to ordering large quantities of fabric if you want to check colours and quality.
