For the most accurate measurements, use a tailors tape measure and have a friend or family member measure for you. Ensure you have nothing in any of your pockets and that you stand tall and relaxed while getting measurements taken. All measurements should be provided in centimetres or inches.
Chest (A) - Measure around the widest part of the chest. Ensure the tape measure is straight across the front and back of the body
Waist (B) - Measure around the body at the natural waist. Ensure the tape measure is straight across the front and back of the body
Height (I) - Your full height
